PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTEER
We may collect Personal Information from you that you voluntarily provide, upload or post to the Site. For example, this Personal Information may include Information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Site (including, your name, age, gender, email address).
Coaches information we capture
The information we capture from coaches includes name, email address, business name and business address, last 4 digits of the billing credit card and expiration. This information is used to process payments for the AthleteOne service, send email notifications for invoices processed and to send email to the coaches athletes.
Athlete information captured by coaches
The coach will add athlete personal information such as name, phone, email, address, timezone, age, and sport preference. This information is used by the coach to send invoices to the athlete and managen and communicate with to track the athlete for coaching needs.
The coach may also request the athlete to connect with Strava and TodaysPlan. No location or personal information is shared from this connection.
Athlete information volunteered by the athlete
Athletes use AthleteOne to pay for coaching services by the coach. When paying for coaching services using a credit card the athlete name, last 4 digits of the card card and expiration date are captured. This information is used to process future payments. When the Athlete pays with PayPal no additional personal information is captured from the PayPal payment
PERSONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES
We may obtain Personal Information about you from other third parties. For example, if you register with a third party and provide Personal Information to that third party in order to participate in one or more of the services that we offer through our Site, we may automatically import some or all of that Personal Information into your Information on our Site.
PERSONAL INFORMATION SENT TO US BY YOUR WEB BROWSER OR MOBILE DEVICE
Any Personal Information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser or mobile device may be collected by us. We use at least industry standard security protocols to help guard against the loss, misuse or misappropriation of any and all Personal Information that is under our control. When you submit Personal Information via this Site, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect Personal Information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
